The labor market is rapidly changing. This means that a major in Human Resource Management is quite innovative. Students will learn concepts and skills for making the most of the company’s human resources. Topics covered are training and development, labour and employment law, and leadership and team building. Also, the principles of hiring and fulfilling vacancies are a top priority in this particular major.

MET Limeng (20) Is studying Human Resource Management in year 2. He chose this major because he wants to become a good Human Resource Manager and a good leader. So far he is pleased with his choice, also because he has learnt more about using the computer. When he completes this major, he plans to work for others to get more experience and later have his own business.

Limeng advises students who are interested in this major to study Mathematics, learn foreign languages and read more about human resource management.
