He was generally<strong> interested in the environment<\/strong>, and therefore wanted to enroll in this major. He likes it that the major focuses on, amongst other things, <strong>water quality<\/strong>, <strong>environmental impact<\/strong>, and <strong>solid waste<\/strong>. His favourite subject so far was a subject about <strong>urban drainage systems<\/strong>. He spends around 32 hours per week on studying. After graduation, he would love to work in a job where he can investigate <strong>groundwater quality<\/strong> to improve <strong>irrigation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you interested in a major similar to the Ecological, Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering major? The things Sophun liked most about the major are <strong>the study of the Hydrological system, solving various water problems and irrigation systems. <\/strong>Sophun<strong> <\/strong>also<strong> <\/strong>enjoyed<strong> studying the rainwater catchment system.<\/strong> This major more than met Sophun\u2019s expectations: because of Sophun\u2019s achievements a scholarship to pursue a master\u2019s degree abroad was offered to Sophun. Sophun\u2019s plans for work: <strong>solving water problems in the city.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sophun <strong>advises <\/strong>students who are interested in this major to focus on the high school subjects of <strong>Science, Mathematics and Physics.
